This training will provide you with a detailed overview on how to use Polarion QA in your daily working environment involving test case management that is unified by design with your entire development process.

You will learn how tests can be tracked, managed, planned and executed in Polarion. Practical exercises will demonstrate how test cases can be organized into bigger test scenarios (test runs) based on custom criteria and how testers can execute test cases and report defects in case of failure.

Combined with a compressed Polarion Fundamentals crash course this Polarion expert training will walk you step-by-step through all important configuration options of Polarion.

At the end of the training each student has fully configured a Polarion project from beginning to end and takes away a Polarion reference configuration example.

This workshop will give you a detailed overview how to customize Polarion to your own needs. You will understand and practice the different ways how Polarion can be extended via custom wiki macros, Java and web services extensions.

Designed as hands-on workshop students will exercise in pair programming sessions and prepared hands-on examples. Students are welcome to contribute with their own customization requirements or examples.
