Polarion Setup – 1 day
Installation and configuration of Polarion conforming to your organization´s IT infrastructure and operating procedures. Coaching of the system administrator on backup, maintenance and setup of a Polarion system.
Polarion Core Professional Training – 2 days
The objective of this training is to provide your team with a solid understanding of how Polarion works and how it may be customized to fulfill your process goals. It is a combination of Polarion User Training and Power User Training customized for your specificenvironment. You will receive all training materials, manuals, documentation for later internal reuse in electronic form.
Polarion Process Coaching and Implementation – 3 days
An experienced Polarion Consultant will guide and help your team to configure your processes, operating procedures, and workflows inside Polarion. Together you will define, review and implement a Polarion configuration based on your organizations processes, methods and preferences.
Customized End User Training Materials – 1 day
Once you have defined and setup Polarion you are ready to roll-out to production and a broader audience. Based on experiences gathered during the preceding phases, the training materials will be further adapted to reflect your needs. Configuration and end user training materials will be created to ensure that everybody inside your team learns how to use Polarion according to your processes and based on your configuration, while concentrating on your business goals and objectives.
Remote Work - 1 day
This package also includes up to 8 hours of remote support by your Polarion consultant in which theyare available for your questions and ideas emerged during the roll-out. You can use the remote working time for a variety of purposes such as: to refresh training concepts, create customizations and extensions, or expand the initial implementation.
