Requirements Management

Polarion AI Tender Manager is an AI-powered tool designed to map incoming requirements. These requirements are imported from source files, such as PDF , Word or Excel documents. The import process utilizes natural language processing to understand the meaning of the requirements, rather than relying on simple textual matches.

The AI layer on top of Polarion can analyze, automate, optimize and predict throughout the tender & RFQ lifecycle.

Ai Document Auto-Segmentation
Document Auto-Segmentation automatically segments PDF or MS Office documents into requirements objects (ROBs), which can be systematically managed. Import directly into Polarion ALM to be used in the requirements lifecycle.

AI Topic Recognition
AI analyzes all Requirements Objects (ROBs) for their specific topics inside. Users can easily cluster all Requirements Objects within an RFQ or tender across all documents.

Tender Compare
Inherit full RFQ or tender evaluations from very similar historical projects.

AI Semantic Similarity
Each Requirement Object is semantically linked to its cluster of similar requirements in the system. A user can navigate to all similar requirements and look up who was the responsible expert or how it was solved.

AI Department Assignment
AI analyzes all Requirements Objects (ROBs) for their domains. Based on the single or multiple domains responsibilities are assigned to the related departments.

AI Risk Management
AI automatically analyzes the risk of each Requirement Object (ROB) and a risk profile is calculated. Risk management workflows make sure the risk is systematically managed throughout the evaluation process.

Document Update and Document Compare
New versions of an RFQ, tender or contract, or requirements specification now systematically will trigger and run an update process. All requirements evaluations can be relocated from the old into the new version. Easily see what changed. Differences between old and new Requirement Objects are shown.
